Additional Work
Your monthly Care Plan includes the services specifically listed within your selected plan. Requests outside the included services — such as new pages, significant design changes, new functionality, integrations, or other development work — may be charged separately.
Any additional work will be charged at our current hourly rate, or quoted as a fixed project price where appropriate.
We will always confirm the estimated cost with you before carrying out any chargeable additional work.

Your monthly Care Plan covers your website's ongoing hosting, maintenance and support. Optional services are charged separately and are added to your monthly Care Plan price.
