Most DuoLim websites go live within 2–4 weeks. Timelines depend on complexity and how quickly we can gather your content.

What is included in the monthly Care Plan?

Hosting, SSL, security monitoring, monthly backups, uptime checks, and ongoing support. Higher Care Plans also include monthly edits, analytics, and blog posts. Optional add-ons, such as the AI website chatbot (£29/month), are not included and are charged separately on top of your Care Plan.

Can I request changes?

Absolutely. Small edits — text changes, image swaps, layout tweaks — are included on the Growth and Premium Care Plans. Anything larger is quoted separately.

No. The AI website chatbot is an optional add-on at £29/month and is charged separately, on top of your chosen Care Plan. Your Care Plan covers your website's hosting, maintenance and support only.
